• If you believe you have received an inauthentic item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt and provide valid documentation from a reputable authenticator.

2. No Brand Affiliation

• Loved & New Bags is not associated with or endorsed by any designer brand, manufacturer, or retailer of the products we sell.

• Any reference to brands is solely for the purpose of describing the item.

3. Condition of Goods

• All items sold are pre-owned (unless otherwise specified) and may show signs of wear. Condition is described to the best of our ability in the product listing.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to review photos and descriptions carefully before purchase.

4. Pricing

5. Returns

Terms & Conditions for Trade, Consign & Rent

These Terms apply to any customer who wishes to trade, consign, or rent products (bags and accessories) through Loved & New Bags. By using these services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Trade Policy

Eligibility

• Only authentic, gently used designer bags and accessories will be accepted.

• Items must be clean, odor-free, and free of major damage.

Trade Process

• Submit photos and details through our website or via email.

• We will provide a trade-in value after evaluating your item.

• Trade value can be used as store credit only and is non-refundable.

Final Approval

• Final trade value is determined after in-person or mailed inspection.

• We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet quality standards.

2. Consignment Policy

General Terms

• We accept select designer brands in good-to-excellent condition.

• Consignment period is 60 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing

• We set the selling price based on current market value but may adjust at our discretion to ensure a sale.

• You may request a minimum price, but we do not guarantee it will be met.

Commission

• Loved & New Bags retains 25% of the final sale price as commission.

Payouts

• Payments are issued via [PayPal/Zelle/bank transfer] within 14 days of sale.

• Unsold items must be picked up or will be returned at the consignor’s expense.

Ownership

• Items remain your property until sold. However, you grant us full right to display and promote them.

3. Rental Policy

Eligibility

• Rentals are available to customers 18+ with a valid photo ID and payment method on file.

• A signed rental agreement is required.

Rental Period

• Standard rental period starts from 4 days to 7 days

• Late returns are subject to a daily late fee of $20/day.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required based on the item's value.

• Deposit is returned after the item is inspected for damage or excessive wear.

Care & Use

• Items must be handled with care. Do not attempt to clean or repair rented items.

• Customer is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Repair or replacement costs may apply.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start date for a full refund​

Legal & Liability

• Loved & New Bags is not responsible for lost or stolen consignment items during the shipping process unless insured.

• You agree not to trade, consign, or rent counterfeit items. Any violation will result in permanent ban and possible legal action.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

• Loved & New Bags sells 100% authentic pre-owned luxury goods. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.
